Book a stay in this comfortable, oceanfront, 2nd floor condo, located near the northern end of Carolina Beach. Our family condo has a cavernous living area and eating nook, completely equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (1 King bed and 1 Queen bed) and two bathrooms. Savor a cup of coffee while calming on our deck that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. If you are lucky, you might even see the dolphins frolicking in the surf. Our unit is located by the Periwinkle Lane public access so it makes walking back and forth to the beach painless and convenient. Like fishing? We are only a few blocks from the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier. If you walk or drive a mile and a half south, you will wind up at the famed Carolina Beach Boardwalk, a favorite among kids and adults alike. In the summer months, the boardwalk provides games and ride attractions. Stroll around the boardwalk or sit and swing awhile while appreciating one of Britt's famed donuts. In the offseason months, appreciate the quietness that this north end location has to offer. Carolina Beach has so much to offer everybody and we believe that you'll savor the scenery, sounds, relaxation, comfort and convenience of our little home away from home.

• At departure, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your group have a great vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
