117 West Bald Head is a beautiful, well appointed home with great golf course vistas of the 7th fairway. It is tucked and secluded in the maritime forest. You feel like you are in your own private getaway off the beaten path! There are 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, finished refreshed kitchen and huge screen porch over looking the great vistas of the golf course. The king master suite is on the first floor with great vistas and attached bathroom with a lot of closet space. The other 2 bedrooms share a bath one has a queen and the other a full size bed. Each room has access to a balcony overlooking the forest vistas. There is a queen bedroom upstairs ideal for some peaceful time with it's own private balcony & bath to savor sunshine! Please Note that the tram cannot go down the driveway and it will require some walking to pick up golf cart.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Bald Head Island. To find the best vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Carolina Beach restaurants and activities.
• Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection.
