Or, step out onto your own enormous and private deck with plenty of seating that is partially covered providing the option to either sunbathe, watch the beachgoers or sip coffee in the morning underneath in the shade! Either way the ocean vistas and salty breezes can be appreciated from anywhere, or you can take advantage of the screened porch on the backside of the home for some peaceful time to read a book or just nap, you are on vacation after all.  Step back inside on the LVP floor and grab a cold one out of the refrigerator in the completely equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, granite countertops and beachy fun backsplash. You will find everything squeaky clean with plenty of cabinet space and room to maneuver for all the Chefs in your family.  And, family means that up two of your furry canine family members can join the event for a nominal fee.
