Welcome to your pretty canal front condo! Serenity and tranquility as you watch the world go slowly by on the intracoastal waterway - there is no anxiety here! The vistas from this property are unparalleled. There are three waterfront decks from which you can watch the boats passing by, pelicans & herons perching, and the most fantastic sunsets! The dockside gazebo with gas grille provides a handsome setting for sunset dining after a day on the beach (150 steps from your door). As we are dog friendly, the whole family can come.

This home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with plenty of living space and amenities.

Upon entering the ground floor, you will have plenty of space to store your beach chairs, coolers and fishing gear. Beach towels are supplied.
The first floor offers a waterfront bedroom with a deck overlooking the intracoastal waterway, ideal to appreciate your coffee each morning! This room has a 55 inch 4K intelligent TV and a king-size bed with pull out trundle.
The second bedroom on this floor is roomy and has a queen bed and 3 constructed-in bunk beds with a 50-inch 4K TV. In the hallway is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, as well as a full bath with shower/tub combo.

The second floor of this home is where you will find the main living spaces, including the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Sliders off the living room open onto a waterfront deck with comfortable chairs and a table. The entirely equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and entertain. The dining table seats 8 with 4 additional seats at the bar. The living room has plenty of seating with three couches and additional chairs. A 65 inch 4K Intelligent TV is here to watch all your favorite shows. You are outfitted with puzzles and games for all ages, and even binoculars to watch the birds!

The third floor has two additional bedrooms and bathrooms, including the cavernous primary suite with sliders to a waterfront deck, ideal for beverages or morning coffee (Keurig and coffee supplied)! There is a walk-in closet and a 55-inch 4K TV. The bath has a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double vanity.
The second bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed and a beach view. This room has a private bath with shower/tub combo and plenty of closet space.

- The carport will fit 4 modest cars or 3 bigger cars
- Two kayaks and two stand-up paddle boards (life jackets included)
- An outside shower with hot & cold water to rinse off after your day at the beach

Town of Carolina Beach Dog Rules - All dogs are required to be on a leash at all times. April 1st through September 30th, dogs are allowed on the beach during restricted hours BEFORE 9:00 a.m. and AFTER 5:00 p.m. Dogs are not allowed on the beach between 9AM-5PM. October 1st through March 31st,dogs are allowed on the beach during all hours.

NOTE: Canal Drive is prone to flood during strong storms, or during lunar/King high tides. Water may enter the carport and bottom floor entryway. The ground level is designed for the water to escape when it recedes. Please research the North Carolina King Tide Chart to see when this occurs.
