This bungalow was my grandmothers. It was constructed in 1940. It is well adored. It has been refreshed with multiple new appliances, a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Flat screen intelligent TV's are mounted in the living room and both bedrooms ready for you to log in with your streaming services or local channels with the antennas. Wifi is supplied. It has a new Ashley sectional couch. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds. Linens and towels are included. There are great lake vistas from back screened porch. The front porch is also screened. It is a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, eateries and stores.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this cottage is on the waterfront. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To get the best value, shift your vacation week to the Spring or Fall months.
