The Sands IV complex offers a saltwater splash pool, grill site, private walkway to the beach, an outdoor shower to rinse off after leaving the beach, and onsite parking for 2 vehicles. Added bonus: this unit is dog friendly (certain restrictions apply)!

You’ll be very impressed with the professionally decorated condo that gives an updated warm beach ambiance. The open floorplan is perfectly suited for a family of six, or less. 

Enjoy the oceanfront primary King bedroom with balcony access. From here you can easily lie in bed as you watch the sun rise, or slip outside to catch the sun dancing on the water with your favorite refreshment in hand.  

The second bedroom holds a queen bed with a twin trundle. This room can use the shared full hall bathroom that is close by.

If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need. 

Absolutely NO Events (Reunions, Weddings, Parties, Etc.) AreAllowed At This Property

Property May NEVER Exceed Occupancy Limit Set By Owner. Sleeps 6 with a max of 5 adults.

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances:

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1^st- March31^st at any time of the day. April 1^st- September 30^th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach from 9am- 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on furniture & must be crated if left alone-see Area Guide>Dog Friendly Info on this site for more info.

No Boats, Trailers, Campers, Etc. Allowed. Golf cart counts as 1 vehicle- no charging capabilities at property. Gas powered golf carts NOT allowed in Kure Beach town limits.
