Downstairs, find a bedroom featuring two comfortable double beds, equipped with a TV and a bathroom accessible both from the bedroom and the hallway. Another bedroom on this floor offers two queens, a TV, and an ensuite bath for added privacy.

As you ascend to the upper level, a regal bedroom awaits with a king-sized bed, its own TV, and a private bath for the utmost indulgence. The two remaining bedrooms on this floor also boast TVs, two queen beds each, and private baths, ensuring everybody's comfort is prioritized.

Other amenities include two high chairs, two pack n plays, a 14 cup coffee maker and keurig, Frozen drink maker (think Margaritaville), air fryer, vacuum, kids toys, alarm clocks with build in sound machines, griddle, and grille accessories.

Stay connected with secured Wi-Fi, and keep cool with ceiling fans throughout. Unwind on the comfortable rockers adorning the ocean-facing decks on both levels, taking in the expansive vistas. Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at nighttime due to timers.
*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS*

In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole home linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are supplied in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be supplied per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT supplied in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

​​​​​​​We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

• Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties.
• Some property management companies offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
• Property management companies often offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on great feedback to propel future reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
