Fortunately, the surrounding neighborhood is marvelous for walking, with sidewalks and handsome historic homes to admire while you and your pup discover.

One of the amenities of Royal Dragonfly is the amount of parking available for a home this close to downtown.

The private rear parking area can comfortably accommodate up to four cars, including bigger SUVs. Guests access the driveway from the alley running behind the block.

Additional complimentary street parking is available in front of the home when needed.

The home is located in Wilmington's Soda Pop District, an evolving area just outside the Historic District with local eateries, coffee stores, breweries, and neighborhood businesses close by. Be sure to check out Hi-Wire Brewery, Cugino Forno, Bowstring for burgers and music, Ibis for coffee in the morning and superbly crafted beverages in the evening and Wandering Cone for ice cream.

You're also just a short drive from the Cape Fear River and Wilmington's Riverwalk, where you'll find eateries, locally owned stores, museums, historic sites, nightlife, and pretty waterfront vistas.
