The first master suite includes a king bed where you can watch the sunrise, it's own private spa like, luxury bathroom, flatscreen TV, and access to the deck. All rooms are appointed with Intelligent TV's and Sonos sound systems. You will have access to Hulu to stream live TV, movies and shows.

The ground level includes a two- care garage that can accommodate two cars (depending on their size). Paid street parking is available and is first come first serve on Seagull ad Salisbury Streets. The private elevator provides access from the building entry directly to the condo and an outdoor shower is available to rinse off after a fun filled day in the sand and sun.
