When you're ready for a vacation combining the comfort of a resort with the convenience of a oceanfront location, Ocean Dunes 1703 is choice for you! The first place you will want to explore is the oceanfront deck. The views, smells and breezes will open your senses to Island Life. Sit out on the nicely furnished oceanfront deck equipped with new composite bistro style table with 4 comfortable swivel chairs and 2 additional adirondack tall chairs to allow you to see above the deck railing. You don't have to leave the view behind when you come inside as you settle into the comfortably designed family room with furnishings surrounding the Large Flat Screen TV. There is also a pull out Queen Sleep Sofa for a couple of little ones as well. 

 

Just beyond this space are the dining table perfect for meals when not dining out at the wonderful cafes and dining places or a game of cards. Just behind the Breakfast Bar, you will find the nicely equipped kitchen where you'll love the convenience of the microwave, coffee maker & Keurig, blender and dishwasher.  Washer/Dryer. All TV's equipped with Spectrum Select Cable TV.

When it's time to settle down for the night, you'll find the master suite especially blissful, with a king bed, large TV, en suite and deck access.  

 

The 2nd bedroom boasts a Queen bed, a flat screenTV with DVD & ROKU. Main Bath offers a tub/shower combo.

For your enjoyment and exercise use one of our outdoor pools which have large gazebos and BBQ grills.

Exterior Security & Surveillance: This Property may be equipped with one or more exterior security cameras and/or a video doorbell located in general exterior areas of the Property. These devices are used solely for safety and security purposes. Property owners are required to configure any exterior surveillance devices to record video only and not audio. Property owners are also required to ensure that no surveillance devices are located inside the rental property or in areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

GRILLS No grilling is permitted on the decks or in the carports or within 15 feet of a building. There are several grilling stations located at picnic andgazebo areas.   

The Ocean Dunes Resort also includes passes to the Recreation Center with a heated indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool tub, weight room, shuffle board, playground, basketball and tennis court access.

The change reads as follows:
No Electric Vehicles, bicycles, or golf carts with lithium-ion or lithium-ion type batteries can be parked or charged under the buildings or building structure.
It is the owner or guest’s responsibility to know which type of battery may be in these vehicles.
There is outside parking by some of the buildings and there is parking at the Ocean Dunes recreation center.
If the above vehicle must be parked by the unit, no part of the vehicle can be parked under the carport or the building structure. In addition, if parked by the unit, the vehicle cannot impede access through the building drive or block a stairway.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.
