Offering two hot tubs, one on the Oceanside deck and one underneath the home there is room for all!!

Available to host 16 people, the open floor plan features two of everything! Two additional-enormous kitchens, dining, and living areas flow throughout the first floor. There are 6 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, intelligent flat-screen TVs (no cable), and a sundeck on the Oceanside second floor. Four fridges and two Flex brew coffee makers make family entertaining painless! Let the good times roll!

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, bar soap, massage body bar, and bath salts. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

When to go & When to book:

Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Carolina Beach area. To get the largest vacation home for your budget, we suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Carolina Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast?
