Oceanfront 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo located on the second floor of the Windjammer complex on the west end of Ocean Isle Beach. The Windjammer complex is conveniently located next to the Isles Restaurant & Tiki Bar. The master bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV and en suite. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds, a flatscreen TV and a full bath. There are new leather couches and a flatscreen TV in the living room. The dining table seats 4 and there are 4 stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. The private balcony has a table and seating along with unobstructed vistas of the "Gem of the Brunswick Islands" and an painless sight line of friends and family down on the beach.

Property amenities include an elevator, a private walkway to the beach, an outdoor shower, a huge community pool (seasonal use only) and outdoor grilling area and internet. Nearby activities include golf, dining, shopping, fishing, seasonal turtle watching and simple access to Wilmington, Calabash or Myrtle Beach.

NO SMOKING AND NO FAMILY PETS. We do not provide towels or bed linens. The condo association does not permit jet skis, boats, trailers or golf carts in parking spaces.

Reserving your vacation property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
• Some hosts offer discounts for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.

• Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are away, just like you would at home.
• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
• Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on great feedback to inspire new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review.
