The completely refreshed kitchen has quartz countertops, bespoke herringbone tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, a drink refrigerator with an additional ice maker, a Keurig coffee maker, and bar seating for up to 4! A few steps away is the cavernous dining area with a gorgeous wooden table that seats up to 8. The real star of the show is the broad oceanside deck that features multiple places to sit and relax while you listen to the calming sounds of the waves or watch the sunset with your favorite drink in hand.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
