This oceanfront two-level duplex accommodates the entire family and offers a great location in the gated West End! Peace & Quiet has central heat and air-conditioning, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, an ice maker in the refrigerator, CCTVs, DVD player, wireless internet access, and phone. Savor the vistas from the two covered oceanfront porches and bask in the sun on the sundeck. Other amenities include two outdoor showers (one enclosed with hot and cold water), parking underneath the home, and a private walkway to the beach.

Getting the most from your spending budget:

• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Carolina Beach area. Book your vacation in the Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. • At departure, take a walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to propel future bookings. They'll be grateful for your review.
