As a newly constructed home, it offers a screened-in front deck with four chairs, making it the ideal spot to relax and savor the surroundings. The kitchen and dining area, located on the second floor, include a dining table with seating for four, additional barstool seating for four, and a variety of appliances such as a refrigerator with an ice maker, coil cooktop stove, microwave, drip coffeemaker, toaster, and garbage disposal.
