This single family home is yours to appreciate. There is a detached apartment in the back of the property that may be occupied during your stay. This apartment has a separate entrance and no access to any of this home's amenities.

- If you are staying Wednesday nighttime, please take garbage to the street for Thursday AM pickup and please bring back empty cans to the home.
- Please be respectful of others living in the area by keeping your noise to a minimum.
- Only registered guests to spend the nighttime
- No open flames/candles please
- We have monthly pest treatment but can't guarantee you won't see critters that are common to SE NC.
- Please turn AC off if windows/doors are open
- If you are bringing dog (with preapproval) please do not let them onto any of the furnishings.

- Number of guests must match what is approved in the reservation. Additional, unregistered guests will results in a $250/nighttime fee per guest.

We do not offer refunds due to adverse weather/natural disasters unless required by Vacation Rental By Owner’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy. Rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

If there is excessive damage or uncleanliness of the home upon check out we reserve the right to charge additional costs.

  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a terrific stay? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
