Welcome to Candlewick Suite! The convenient location of this condo makes it the ideal spot for you to appreciate all that Wilmington has to offer - we're a short drive to downtown with all of its eateries and stores as well as only 5 miles to Wrightsville Beach. Our refreshed kitchen offers all the essentials you'd need during your stay, and you'll adore starting your day with a coffee on our calming balcony. Parking is included during your stay.

You'll appreciate the open layout of the main living spaces. The comfortable living room has plenty of seating space for your group. It opens into the enormous kitchen space with seating at the peninsula and island. The kitchen is entirely supplied with all of the essentials that you'd need to savor a home cooked meal during your stay. The two bedrooms each have a queen size bed, and there are two full bathrooms as well. One of the best features of the condo is the balcony where you can enjoy some time outside at the end of your day.

Guests will have access to the entire condo as well as a designated parking spot. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise everything else is available for use during your stay.

The host will be available through messaging during your stay.

We'll provide information about parking with check in instructions, but there is one designated parking spot for the condo as well as plenty of guest parking options in the complex.

Please be sure to review our cancellation policy prior to making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance at the time of booking.

  • To find the best value, try changing your trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer warmer temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
