  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a wonderful time? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear about it.
