Located on the Boulevard, right across from the beach strand, this roomy 4 bedroom/4 bathroom coastal dream features a handsome open-concept interior, with vaulted ceilings and ship-lap accents. Tranquil coastal decor inside and calming marsh vistas outside, this is the ultimate place to relax.

Cool off in the private swimming pool overlooking the peaceful marsh or relax in the sunshine on the huge deck. There is even a deck-level hot tub to soak up the sunrises and sunsets. The deeded beach access is located to the West (right) of the home between 963 OBW and 965 OBW. This unique home is located on a private corner lot. Come and appreciate all that Holden Beach has to offer!

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

You can choose from a range of items including bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, body boards, and more. When to visit & When to book:

• To get the best value, change your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
