THE LOCATION
Ocean Isle Beach NC, is the ideal spot to savor a coastal vacation. Turtle By the Sea is only a short walk to attractions, bars, and eateries. This home is located in, "The Resort at OIB." Property owners and guests will appreciate an oceanfront clubhouse with a private beach access, oceanfront pool, private bath and crab dock all within a five-min. walk from the property. This newly constructed home is located on a slow traffic road with a designated bicycle path.

PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes entirely outfitted with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation including new furnishings. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 9 cars. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. TVs are setup for simple gaming. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. In addition, there is a half bath located on each floor. The kitchen was newly modernized making for a handsome interior! The home is very roomy, and the elevator goes to all floors. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure.

Pet Policy
Turtle By The Sea is a Pet Friendly Property for a $350 non-returnable pet fee. You can bring up to two family family pets. Homeowner Approval is required. Any pet left unattended must be crated and cannot be left outside. No pets are allowed on the furnishings or beds. No pets are allowed in the pool. You will charge an additional pet fee if these rules are not followed. Please e-mail us a copy of your pets most refreshed vaccination record, proof of flea and tick treatment, as well as a photo of your pet to begin the approval process. If a pet is found on the property without approval, an additional fee will be applied to your stay. Please send approval information at least 1 week in advance of your stay date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

Reserve your rental property in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
