The ground floor includes an enclosed garage making storing your beach gear a breeze. The first floor includes four bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and ample closet and storage space. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one has a king bed and the other bedroom contains four twin beds. The first floor also includes an additional den area, which is ideal for kids and includes a huge flat-screen TV, wet bar, drink refrigerator, and sink. The second floor has a cavernous living area, dining area, state-of-the-art kitchen, and additional-enormous pantry.

On the second floor is also the true primary bedroom with a king bed and a striking additional-sizable bathroom including a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. The kitchen is a chef's dream with elevated finishes, a gas stove, and refreshed appliances. Appreciate meals for eight at the dining table with another 4 at the splendid kitchen bar. Dine al fresco while taking in the ocean vistas or savor your morning coffee overlooking the marsh across the street. The complimentary-form pool area is a visitors' dream and includes an outdoor shower and a unique sand/beach area – ideal for a game of cornhole. The owners spared no expense and even the boardwalk to the beach was designed to simplify your life is constructed without any steps and directly into the first-floor porch. A gas grille is supplied for convenience as well as a high chair in the kitchen pantry. Getting the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Carolina Beach area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.
