Summer Down is freshly refreshed for 2022 and ready for relaxation! New owners who have newly refreshed and professionally decorated this Bald Head Island gem!

It features new floor, modern lighting and comfortable furnishings. We have three 65 inch intelligent TVs, plus modren bathrooms, simple but lux coastal decor and new outdoor furnishings, including a hanging chair looking out at the lagoon.
Come appreciate this remodeled Villa in walking distance from the beach and Bald Head Island Club. We are excited to share our little piece of heaven with your family and friends! Our home consists of three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The master has a king, the guest has a queen, and the third bedroom is just ideal with two sets of bunk beds. We have a great outdoor living space which is ideal for entertaining. Our home is completely supplied with a pack n play, crock pot, 4 beach chairs, (2) four passenger golf carts for cruising the island, an electric grille, and both a Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker.

About the Area

Located in Bald Head Island, this villa is near the beach. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kent Mitchell Nature Trail and The Clubs at St. James. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
