Come and savor this comfortable 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home located in the Maritime Forest of Bald Head Island. Downstairs you will walk into an open concept living and dining area with a huge well supplied kitchen. Off the living room is your master bedroom with a king size bed and an attached grandiose bathroom with double sink, soak in tub, and walk in shower. Walk upstairs to find a second living area with a pull out couch great for kids entertainment. To the right is a bedroom with a queen bed and bunk bed (sleeps 4). To the left is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a day bed (sleeps 3). Both bedrooms come with detached bathrooms and walk in showers. Savor the back porch by sitting in the rocking chairs with your morning coffee or sundown beverage overlooking the nature of Bald Head and golf course vistas.

• Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Book your rental home in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
• In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. • Inspect the rental one final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.

If your rental property and/or host was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise.
