Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located townhome. Keep it simple at this cozy 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex located across from the beach and right on the CB Lake, making this vacation home close to all things that makes "Pleasure Island" special! Centrally located to the famed CB Boardwalk, eateries, coffee stores and cool drinking holes! This unit is PET FRIENDLY!

The Space:
The home comes with additional space in garage epoxy floor and plenty of room to spread out and have some fun.  Foosball, giant connect 4 and cornhole.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays

Get the most from your rental home budget:

  • In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is a good way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.
