Stunning 3 bedroom and 3 bath villa located directly on the 18th green of the golf course with great lagoon vistas! We are walking distance to the BHI Club as well as a short 2-min. walk to the beach! The kitchen and baths were newly modernized with gorgeous countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood floor throughout. The master suite has a queen bed overlooking the great vistas of the golf course! The guest bedroom downstairs has a king bed and full bath. Upstairs there is a queen bed, full bath and balcony. We also have an outdoor shower! A BHI Lifestyle membership to the BHI Club may be purchased separately.

• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Book your Carolina Beach rental property in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds in living rooms.
• Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or charges might be applied to your contract.

• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
• Did your group have a great time? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it.
