Oh Happy Day is a beach bungalow with decorator touches and no detail forgotten making this a very special vacation home. This home features a coastal appeal with an open floor plan. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, ceiling fan, and intelligent TV. The bedroom with a queen bed and the bunk bed room are equipped with black-out shades! A completely outfitted kitchen and an eight-foot dining table are ideal for enormous family meals and gatherings.

Outside you will find covered front and back porches, rocking chairs, rope swings, a picnic table, lounge chairs, and a saltwater pool! Of course, there's a heated outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after a long day at the beach. There is even a bocce ball court on the side of the home so you can end the day with a friendly and fun challenge! Don't miss out on this striking island hideaway with vistas of the ocean across the street! The beach access is to the East of the home at 1017 OBW. This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to relax by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). Appreciate the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.
