The Palm Villa Estate combines both units of the property — the upstairs Canopy Villa and downstairs Garden Villa — into one exclusive booking. This is the whole home, ideal for multiple families traveling together, milestone celebrations, or bigger groups of friends who want private space to spread out while still gathering under one roof.

???? Noise Policy
We ask all guests to be mindful of the homes around us. We want you to relax, celebrate, and make the most of your stay — just keep noise at a considerate level at all times, and observe peaceful hours from 10pm to 8am.

???? Pet Policy
We appreciate family pets—but this property is not pet-friendly.
Unauthorized pets may result in:
• Cancellation of your reservation
• Additional cleaning costs and/or fines

???? Smoking Policy
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
Outdoor smoking is allowed, but please ensure doors/windows are closed and smoke does not enter the home.
Violations may result in a $500+ fee.

⏰Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 10:00 AM to allow our team to prepare for the next guests.
Unauthorized late checkouts may incur a minimum $150 fee.
