Dog friendly with a fenced-in yard, this vacation rental welcomes up to two dogs per reservation year-round. Telephone the OIA office with the age and breed of all canine guests to request approval for more than two dogs.

Constructed in 2019, A Pawsitive Attitude offers guests a hot tub, covered porch and open sun deck with furnishings. Other outdoor amenities include an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, fenced-in rear yard, hammock and gas grille. Watch the sunsets from the front deck while sitting in your personal hot tub.

Four TV’s (one 55-inch and three 32-inch) with extended cable, wireless internet access. Giant open floor plan with ocean vistas from most living spaces, tile floor, Ms. Pac Man machine, gas stove and dryer.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Bald Head Island Information Center are also worth visiting.   • In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.

You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Carolina Beach restaurants and activities.
