Located just mins. away from the beach and just a short golf cart drive and walking distance to Shagger Jack's, Brewery, coffee shop, and other great local OKI stores. A private pool is located in the backyard. You don't even have to leave the home to appreciate fun in the sun. Totally equipped kitchen with tons of room in the main living area for appreciating fun family gatherings for great vacation memories. PRIVATE POOL AND Lithium batteries GOLF CART PROVIDED. Pool is not heated. Paid parking already taken care of with the golf cart. Note: If you receive a citation from the Town for illegal parking, you are completely responsible for these costs/fines.
