Summary:
This oceanfront condo offers unobstructed ocean vistas and an open floor plan. From the living room of this 3 BR condo your attention is immediately drawn out the double sliding doors to the ocean. The ocean vistas continue from the main BR which shares access to the broad oceanfront deck via another set of sliding doors. Both guest bedrooms are extremely cavernous This unit has an marvelous location and is an simple bicycle ride to the boardwalk!

The Space:
This is a 2nd floor unit and there is no elevator. The pool is located just behind the condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather.

We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

Guest Access:
Assigned parking, please display parking pass inside condo. There is room for 2 cars in tandem that is shared with another unit. There are also 6 spots by the pool in the back that are first come first serve. We highly recommend seeing if one of those is available when you get there as it is much easier to get in and out of. We are grateful our HOA gives us 2 spots complimentary but unfortunately can do nothing about the parking in tandem. Thank you for understanding.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of visitors and year round residents.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at condo- PLEASE park in assigned covered space and parking row AND note OVERSIZED cars or overhead storage might not fit.

-Walk, bicycle, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bicycle and golf cart units are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

- Centrally located to access all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer: fishing, boating, cycling, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many striking eateries , eclectic drinking holes and coffee stores + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out the new mural project around Carolina Beach too!

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Booking websites frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a excellent stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise.
