Blue Aerie is a delightfully refreshed bungalow on a peaceful street with ocean vistas and only steps to the beach access. Nearby are public accesses to the sound, ideal for putting in paddleboards or kayaks. The office/workout space supplied makes this a great destination for professionals looking to "keep up" with their workload and stay active, all while living the island lifestyle.

The main level includes an open and bright living room with plenty of windows and access to one of the two oceanside decks with ocean vistas. The updated kitchen is entirely supplied and offers plenty of space for your group to gather after a fun-filled day on the beach. The dining area is right off the kitchen and includes a coffee station to help get the day started. The office/workout space includes a desk and some space to keep your workout routine going throughout your visit. A full bath in the hallway and a back deck complete the main level.

On the top level, you will find all 3 bedrooms, including the master suite with king sized bed, private bathroom, ocean vistas, and access to an oceanfront deck. Watch the sunrise or the dolphins swim by each day from this amazing top-level suite. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom offers another King bed.

On the ground level, there is back yard patio with plenty of outdoor seating to savor meals outside or catch up on the day's adventures. A private outdoor shower makes rinsing off a breeze, and the storage closet housing all the beach equipment including chairs, bicycles, cooler, and paddleboard is available for guest use.

Parking instructions:
Availability for 4 cars depending on size. Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, completely supplied kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also included for your enjoyment.

  • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Carolina Beach area. To find the best rental for your budget, we recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Carolina Beach restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
