Welcome to Life's 2 Short bungalow, where life's too short to anxiety out. This handsome home is a one floor, ground level coastal bungalow located a mere 2-min. walk from the beach. Beach access is wheelchair accessible. The entire bungalow has had a make-over with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, upgraded bathrooms, modern furnishings, and a privacy fence.

This calming hideaway includes:
- 4 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds).
- 2 full baths with rain showers.
- Grand kitchen island with seating for 4 and a separate dining table with seating for 6
- A dedicated workstation
- 1GB fiber line for high speed internet
- Linens, bath towels, and beach towels supplied
- Dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, dish soap, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash all supplied for your stay
- Starter packs of toilet paper and paper towels

House rules:
Guests must be 25 years or older to book. No smoking or family pets allowed.
We ask that people rinse off when coming back from the beach. We adore the sand just like everybody, but unfortunately, sand and drain pipes don't always get along. No events or sizable gatherings.

Street parking is not allowed. You can park on the grassy area in front of the home if needed. You can fit roughly 5-6 cars in the driveway and grassy area.

We strongly suggest purchasing trip insurance. Life happens and it's good to have a backup plan. Please review our cancelation policy before booking.

• Respect the neighborhood. Often times, nearby homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on great ratings to drive future reservations. They'll be thankful for your review.
