The Space:

From the carport walk up the stairs and enter the main floor. Open concept, kitchen, dining, living room, with tons of natural light and every amenities in mind. Totally supplied kitchen for fast bites or gourmet dinners to feed the family or sizable group. Exceptional coffee, bar with espresso machine, traditional pot, Brewer, and pod Brewer. Free specialty coffee supplied!



Dining table seats 8 with 4 additional seats at the bar.



Plenty of seating in the living room for calming evenings. Sizable intelligent TV with multiple streaming apps and electric fireplace for comfortable, cool nights.



Step out the sliding glass door from living room to your private balcony with ocean vistas and outdoor seating.



One king bedroom in the main floor with full bathroom right outside the door. Equipped with intelligent tv, plush linens and room darkening shades.



Walk up the stairs to the 2nd level with three additional bedrooms.



Primary Suite:



The primary bedroom has king size bed, queen pullout couch & spa-like en-suite bathroom. All linens, conveniences, and towels supplied. Private balcony outside glass door with steps to reach the rooftop deck with gorgeous vistas.



3rd & 4th bedrooms:



Comfy Queen beds, intelligent TV’s and desk and office chair for a convenient private workspace. Full bathroom is right outside the bedroom doors.



Close to the Boardwalk (3 min drive / .8 miles). Walkable from home to eateries, The famed Tiki Rooftop Bar, and live music. One block away from Fresh seafood n drinks at Spot Bar n Pizza next door.



Quiet street and safe residential street, two blocks away from the water park with summer events and paddle boats, Golf cart and Bicycle units 2 blocks away (they drop n pick up from the home).



Guest Access:

Guest have access to the entire home and backyard.
