Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two cars or for cars that are towed due to negligence in using parking passes. The HOA requires sizable trucks, repair trucks, and extended cabs to park in the open tons and NOT under the building.

**The HOA prohibits towels from being hung on the balcony rails. Trash and bags are not to be left in the hallway.
