Spend the morning at the beach with beach access from a private community boardwalk. If you need a break from the sand, you can lounge at the oceanfront pool. Step out onto the back patio to oversee the kids splashing in the pool and view the handsome fireworks every Thursday nighttime in the summer. Walk two blocks to the famed Carolina Beach boardwalk where you can eat ice cream, visit a souvenir shop, purchase a new tshirt, and try our Famous Britts Donuts. Inside the condo you definitely won’t forget you are on vacation with an unbeatable ocean front view from your living room and balcony. Don't worry, groceries are a snap with elevator access to your floor. Cabana Suites 404 is ready to be your forever vacation home!

Our building has security cameras monitoring the parking lot and pool.

Gated parking lot entry. First come, first serve covered parking under the building with an overflow lot across the street. Elevator access. Pool and Beach Access.

Rental Policies:

In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement. 

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm
Check out is by 10 AM.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: No family pets allowed

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

When to book & When to go:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Carolina Beach area. To book the largest rental home for your budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Carolina Beach restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property managers usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection.
