5 bedroom 4 bath home located 6 blocks to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. The home is located on the cross city bicycle trail and a few blocks from the Neighborhood park offering a skate park, tennis courts, basketball courts and soccer/baseball fields. We are also just a few blocks Good Hops, the local Brewery.

Our home is a great location to discover not only the beach but everything else our community of Carolina Beach has to offer.

Getting the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • At departure, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a wonderful time? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
