Come and stay at our comfortable 4 bedroom bungalow located right by the oldest lighthouse in NC and the ferry landing. With just steps away from the neighborhood dock, this home will leave you in your own getaway. This home offers a traditional floor plan with the living room and kitchen on the 1st floor. Just a few steps into the second floor offers a half bath and the master queen bed suite with its own ensuite. The top floor has a queen bedroom with its own bathroom and 2 more bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds and a trundle (5 twins) and another with a queen bed that share a hall bath. We have 2-4 pass golf carts to take and discover all of the islands great amenities including the Bald Head Island club for separate purchase.

This vacation home is located in Lighthouse Landing, a neighborhood in Bald Head Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Bay Beach. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. When to book & When to go:

• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Summer is the most expensive season in the Carolina Beach area. Reserve your Carolina Beach rental in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
