Just steps from the dock, this getaway offers a traditional floor plan with the living room and kitchen on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor features a master queen suite with an ensuite and a half bath. The top floor features another queen bedroom with a bathroom, plus 2 more bedrooms—one with bunk beds and a trundle and another with a queen bed sharing a hall bath. Reserve your Carolina Beach vacation home in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. • Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the rental one final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Leave a review! Property owners rely on good reviews to compel more reservations. They'll be grateful for your review.
