Averette Cottage is a striking, rustic oceanfront home that offers guests pretty vistas and direct beach access. Located right on the iconic Carolina Beach Boardwalk, it stands as the only beach bungalow in this famed location. With complimentary WiFi, central air and heat, cable TV, and a DVD player, the bungalow ensures a comfortable stay while letting you savor the coastal ambiance. The property provides parking for up to seven cars, with specific dimensions and areas designated to accommodate compact cars and multiple cars under the bungalow and beside the sidewalk. Guests can comfortably rinse off the sand in the convenient outdoor shower located under the property.

The cozy living room is well-equipped with a flat-screen TV, cable, a DVD player, and a ceiling fan, making it the ideal spot to relax after a day on the beach. Step directly from the living room onto the oceanfront deck, where you can take in the gorgeous ocean vistas and exhilarating sea breeze. An additional bathroom with a stand-up shower and a single vanity sink serves these rooms. Outdoor living is made painless with two street-side decks and one oceanfront deck, providing ample space to appreciate the gorgeous coastal surroundings.
