Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Kure Beach and Caswell Beach.   • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.

  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
