You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.

  • Go through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
