Spectacular beach home. Highly beautiful location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all eateries. House is 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Includes 2 queen and 1 twin beds. This home has a humongous yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which features many stores and eateries. Just blocks from the home is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat units. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grille. Included are all bed sheets and towels. All beds have brand new Serta bed. We provide all linens. The kitchen is entirely outfitted with all pots, pans, cups, and silverware needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. We provide a washer and dryer. This home is kept very clean and can be a ideal vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had multiple problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Kids and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a Max if 5 total.

We also do not allow family pets or smoking.

When to book & When to go:

  • In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Booking your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Reserve your Carolina Beach rental home in the Fall or Spring to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.

  • Double-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed everything at check-out. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a terrific time? Most rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
