Savor local stores, eateries, and spectacular scenes at the Cargo District, less than 0.5 miles away. You'll also be less than a 20-mile drive to well-known coast beaches.

Spend lazy evenings people-watching from the front porch, conveniently furnished with comfortable seating. Inside this air-conditioned home, you will find a homey living area with plenty of inviting couches and a wall-mounted intelligent TV. The gorgeous kitchen has been appointed with all major appliances, including a Galanz retro refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The first floor is home to three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed (featuring full-size beds), which is ideal for the kiddos, while there is another bedroom conveniently equipped with a desk and monitor. One of the bathrooms here also features a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. Climb up the stairs and find a secluded bedroom with a nice seating area and a desk. This home also features an electric car charger (Level2) which charges 20 to 30 miles per min., a greater convenience when exploring beyond your striking home base.
