Inside, you will find opulent coastal decor, an inverted floor plan to maximize the vistas, and a 3-floor elevator for convenience. Take in the vistas from the huge living room and dining area. Appreciate preparing your favorite meals in the roomy kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. There is a sitting room off the primary bedroom as well, with a QSS, desk, and TV.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature to a max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details, as this service should be scheduled in advance for optimal use.

This owner also provides many added conveniences like a triple-filtered water filter on the kitchen sink, Solaris Air Purifiers, and aromatherapy shower heads inside all interior bathrooms.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for complimentary, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.

Absolutely no smoking is allowed on this property. Occupancy is limited to 10 guests.
