Welcome to Jersey Blues - Ocean vistas from every floor! This brand-new home sleeps up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and a pull-out couch. The main living area is completely open with a well-supplied kitchen, comfortable pull-out sectional sleeper couch to relax and watch tv and a roomy dining area. The second floor hosts an Owner's suite with king bed, gorgeously appointed bath, and a private porch to savor your morning coffee or after dinner drink. On the 3rd floor, there are 2 queen bedrooms, both with water vistas and a 4th bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed. There is a bathroom on every floor including an outside shower and powder room on the ground/bar floor. This downstairs lounge area has an entertaining bar, tv and plenty of seating to hang out and continue to relax after your day at the beach. The home also includes an elevator that goes to all 4 levels. There is also a fire pit in the yard to appreciate on those cooler nights. Jersey Blues is located a couple blocks from the beach and suggest going to the North Carolina street beach to enjoy the proximity to the infamous Tiki bar. This location gives you painless access to downtown stores, bars and eateries but out of the hustle and bustle for a really calming time at the beach. Get the most from your spending budget:

  • Booking your vacation home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.

  • Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
