10 BR, COMFORTABLY SLEEPS 26! 19 total beds plus a pull out couch. Great for family get-togethers, corporate events, or family and friends looking to travel together but still have their own private spaces.

Lakefront and private, beautiful vistas from every level, rental is for both units of a duplex, bespoke coastal design, 10 bedroom. It is wonderfully walkable to all the best sites/eateries/beach/park plus has magnificant vistas of the farmers market & weekly firework show.

This brand new clean home has an open and roomy design.

2 UNITS OF A DUPLEX HOME
Located on a private road where your front yard is the CB lake Park.

Two full kitchens entirely equipped with all you could need to prepare a proper meal (including an instapot, crockpot, blender, pots, pans, 2 gas grilles, etc,) 2 dinings room/tables with additional bar seating at the island & plus two living rooms.

SPECIFICS ABOUT THE SPACE:

UNIT 1:
Enter the home from the covered parking area into a enclosed entry with a first floor elevator that will take you to each level of the broad home.

THE SECOND FLOORING:

Bedroom #1 has a KING size bed, bespoke walk in shower with rain head and cavernous vanity. This bedroom has its own private balcony, great for people watching on the lake and appreciating your morning coffee.

Bedroom #2 has a KING size bed, its own private bathroom with tub and big sky vistas of the wetlands. This floor is also where the washer and dryer are located.

THE THIRD FLOORING:

Bedroom #3 is a primary QUEEN bedroom with its own private balcony and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom #4 has ocean vistas and features two bespoke constructed in bunk beds with shelving ( a fun and inviting space for kids).

Bedroom #5 has two QUEEN size beds.

THE TOP FLOORING: Is your entertaining space! This sizable open floor plan includes an upsized well supplied kitchen, a huge dining area with vistas of the Ocean and Lake. A comfortable living area with a 65" TV and 6' long fireplace and a huge deck that towers over the Lake with vistas from every angle.

Enter the home from the covered parking area into a enclosed entryway with a first floor elevator that will take you to each level of the expansive home.

THE SECOND FLOORING:

Bedroom #1 has a QUEEN size bed, bespoke walk in shower with spacious vanity. This bedroom has its own private balcony, great for people watching on the lake and enjoying your morning coffee.

Bedroom #2 has a KING size bed, its own private bathroom with tub and big sky vistas of the wetlands.

Bedroom #3 has TWO TWIN sized beds with its own private balcony and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom #4 features two bespoke constructed in bunk beds (4 total twin beds)with shelving ( a fun and inviting space for kids).

Bedroom #5 has 2 QUEEN size bed and vistas overlooking the big sky wetlands.

THE TOP FLOORING: Is your entertaining space! This enormous open floor plan includes an upsized well supplied kitchen, a sizable dining area with vistas of the Ocean and Lake. A cozy living area and a large deck that towers over the Lake with vistas from every angle.

Neighborhood Details:

Carolina Beach Lake is the front yard! It is a .7 mile loop great for walking, cycling and birding. It has a an impressive new park including swings, paddle boats, and more!

We have vistas of the weekly summer CB firework show! A .2 mile walk to the friday nighttime movie nighttime in CB Lake Park and the weekly farmers market too!

.2 miles to the 'Lake Public Beach Access'.
.1 miles to the Veggie Wagon; a market that sells deli sandwiches, baked goods, coffee, wine & beer, ice cream and much more.

A .7 mile walk to the boardwalk safely along the lake and then directly on sidewalks. No need to deal with Carolina Beach road traffic or crossings.

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions. Traveling with kids?
