We just want to make sure all guests are aware that this condo is located in a very busy area surrounded by eateries and bars. The e building has a bar on the top floor and a theater on the fifth floor. Although it is well insulated there may be a potential for noise. If you are looking for a peaceful location this may not be a spot for you.
