Welcome to Blue Pearl, our 5-star freshly constructed ocean-view townhouse. Everything is premium quality and everything is new!  Natural woods, natural light, fashion furnishings, wood and sleek tile floor, and antique bronze fixtures throughout set the stage for an impeccably serene beach vacation.  Bring your family to the peaceful, dead end of Bowfin Lane. Our home is a opulent cocoon, yet it overlooks all of the action along the middle beach area known as “Wilmington Beach.”



Overlooking the famed Fun Time ice cream and only a side step from Tennessee Beach Access, we are not even a one-block walk to Oceanfront along the white sands between Kure and Carolina Beach. Vinny’s Pizza, Granny’s Country Kitchen, and the famed Ocean Grille and Tiki Bar are within a single-block radius!



Ground Level:

The double-wide driveway pad fits 4 cars. 

The main entrance on the side of the home has an e-lock. Sidewalk to entirely fenced back yard with private, hot and cold outdoor shower. Irrigated grassy lawn. Shaded patio with teak furnishings seating 4. Private entrance to ground-level Studio.

Oceanview Office with seating for 3. 

Covered Living Room Porch with Teak Seating for 4 has a impressive view of the ocean at Tennessee beach access.



Parking: Shared Driveway. Parking on the left side Only. Please do not block the entrance to the right side townhouse, or park in the grass.



Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be laying on the end of the beds, bathmats included in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge supplied. (Guest will need to make any trundle, couch beds, or top bunk beds.) 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Elevator Policies:

Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 



Pet Policy:

No family pets allowed.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

The Neighborhood:

Adventure awaits on Pleasure Island. Exploring the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, home to impressive coastal wildlife, or take the spectacular car ferry across the Cape Fear River for a calming visit to the striking town of Southport where cozy streets are filled with unique antique stores and galleries. History lovers can walk the breathtaking, live‑oak‑lined trails of the Fort Fisher State Historic Site, where Civil War bunkers still stand. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the island’s two state‑managed coastal preserves: Carolina Beach State Park, home to rare Venus flytraps found naturally only in this region, and the Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, known for pristine beaches, marshes, and wildlife viewing. Both offer gorgeous opportunities for hiking, paddling, fishing, and spotting pelicans or even nesting loggerhead sea turtles.

Getting Around:

Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in trendy spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bicycle – they're super walkable and bicycle-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bicycle routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bicycle is simple, too, with numerous local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Units are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.
