Welcome to Miller's Landing! We have been property owners of OKI for the last 11 years. This is really our Home away from Home, and we hope that it can become yours too! Conveniently located 5 mins. or less from the surf, 15 mins. from the very fashionable Pointe, and right down the road from trendy eateries and stores.
Our home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sizable kitchen/dining area, 4 queen beds total, 2 couches, a front and back porch, and a hangout area below. Plenty of parking space if you are thinking about bringing a boat, accessible flat top grille, and more!

When to visit Oak Island & When to book:

• The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. • Summertime is the most expensive season in the Carolina Beach area. Reserve your Carolina Beach vacation home in the Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
• On check-out day, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
• Did your group have a great vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
