Welcome to Miller's Landing! We have been property owners of OKI for the last 11 years. This is really our Home away from Home, and we hope that it can become yours too! Conveniently located 5 mins. or less from the surf, 15 mins. from the very trendy Pointe, and right down the road from fashionable eateries and stores.
Our home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a enormous kitchen/dining area, 4 queen beds total, 2 couches, a front and back porch, and a hangout area below. Plenty of parking space if you are thinking about bringing a boat, accessible flat top grille, and more!

Finding your perfect vacation home:

  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a excellent stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
