Summary:
The name of this charming condo says it ALL! Catch the beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic from your 3rd floor porch! Oceanfront Oasis has it all- a comfortable space to vacation that is located centrally to all things that make "Pleasure Island" striking. In seconds your toes will be in the sand or discover the island- fishing charters, historic Ft. Fisher, NC Aquarium delicious and eclectic eateries coffee stores etc. Downtown Wilmington is less than 45 mins away! Don't forget to check out the new murals!

The Space:
The pool is located just besidethe condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is NO elevator

The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of visitors and year round residents.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at condo

-Walk, bicycle, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bicycle and golf cart units are available on the island

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach and Carolina Beach State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting.

• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.

• Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would at home.
• Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at departure. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Leave feedback! Hosts rely on good feedback to propel new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review.
