This cavernous vacation home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the open-concept living areas provide plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment, while the well-appointed bedrooms offer a calming haven for a restful nighttime's sleep. Our vacation home is equipped with all the amenities you need for a hassle-complimentary stay. From a entirely outfitted kitchen for preparing delicious meals to high-speed internet and entertainment options, we've thought of everything to ensure your comfort and convenience. Towels and linens are supplied. The space itself is elegantly finished, providing a extravagant getaway after a day of exploring, it has all of the amenities expected including:

- Driveway that fits up to 3 cars
- Cavernous entry room accepting you to store and organize outdoor gear, shoes, and other items.
- Garage stores some beach gears (beach chairs, toys, bicycles) available for guests to use. Please make sure you put them back where they are and keep the garage organized for the next guests.

Other things to note
We highly recommend trip insurance through a 3rd event company that the guest is responsible to source in case of bad weather. We always resort to are cancellation policy in the event of natural disasters.

We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own. We hope to provide a great space for all guests to relax and relax during their time here!

Families and kids of all ages are very welcome but the home is not “kid proofed” so you must ensure your own kid’s safety.

***Visitors
No visitor is allowed on the property after 9pm, any person wishing to stay after 9pm will be chargeable at the additional guest rate.
The number of guests and visitors must not surpass the occupancy level for the property.

The island is golf cart friendly. You can rent a cart or a beach cruiser bicycle for getting around the island.

Kure Beach / Carolina Beach is one of the best kept secrets on the Atlantic ocean with white sand beaches..great for kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing & kite surfing.
- Must be 25 years of age to book this property.
- Please no shoes on the carpet / area rugs.
- To avoid expensive cleaning charges and to be kind to the environment, we ask that you do not use glitter or confetti in the home.
- No smoking allowed anywhere on the property, not on the driveway, not on the porch or patio.
- No pet allowed (Homeowners have severe allergic to pet hairs)

- No drugs, firearms or weapons allowed on premises.
- Please be respectful to the neighbors in regards to noise and parking.
- This home is located in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by local residents. In order to respect these permanent residents and neighborhood, there are a few rules to be aware of:
*Zero tolerance for events. in the event close by neighbors complain, the reservation will be terminated without any refund.
*Strict peaceful hours between 9:00pm - 7:00am.
